Shut-off intermediate members for VS flow meters

New Accessories for VS Flow Meters
With immediate effect, VSE offers shut-off intermediate members for VS flow meters. The sandwich plates are screwed in-between the subplate and the flow meter. The integrated ball valves in the subplate enable the decommission or exchange of flow meters while the system filling and pressure are retained unchanged. An extensive discharge of the system and the installation of deflection plates can be avoided.
Advantages:
- Cost reduction by reducing maintenance and downtime
- Simplified commissioning of new facilities
- Simplified decommission of flow meters in times of non-use, e.g. in uninterrupted test stands or calibration stands
- High safety against unauthorised operation through demountable control keys
